Payment Options

5 Easy Ways to Make a Payment:

  1. Internet - Logon to www.ezcardinfo.com and “Pay Bill Online”. If you do not have a login, simply click “new user” and follow the system prompts. Once your login has been established simply click “Pay Bill Online”. We accept payments from savings and checking accounts.
     
  2. Electronically via the automated phone system – Call us at 1-800-935-3808, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to reach our automated phone system. Our automated phone system accepts payments using checking, savings, debit and credit card. This option is provided via Western Union’s® secure SpeedPay® System.
     
  3. Call one of our Customer Care Specialists at 1-800-518-6141 Monday through Friday 8:00am to 9:00pm EST or Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm EST.
     
  4. Via Western Union Quick Collect - go to your nearest Western Union branch and use the following information:
     
    Send To: Continental Finance
    Code City: GoforGold
    State: DE
    Acct#: Your 16 digit card number
     
  5. Via Mail - Simply detach your remittance slip from your Monthly Billing Statement and mail your payment to:
